As a Travel Support Specialist, you will provide the highest level of service to every customer through every interaction.
You will be the voice of the company to the customer and the voice of the customer to the company.
To qualify, you should have the following:
  • Relentless in helping customers

  • Open to feedback and willing to be trained
  • Above average English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Minimum of 1 year BPO Customer Support experience
  • Willing to work in Ortigas center, Pasig City
  • Midshift. Follows UK Business Hours
