Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain job descriptions for new positions at the company.
- Manage and prioritize the recruitment of new team members
- Manage and maintain recruitment databases
- Manage all recruitment channels (referrals, headhunters, online channels)
- Perform and record all skills testing and first-round interviews
- Perform candidate background checks
- Manage candidate interview schedules with hiring and senior managers
- Analyze and report on recruitment process effectiveness
- Manage salary band information utilizing formal and informal networks
- Assist with training and skills development for other interviewers (junior managers)
- Coordinate with human resources team for the respective new employee onboarding processes
- In addition, other clerical and administrative duties as required are to be expected
Minimum Requirement Qualification
Computer Skills:
-
Knowledge of office related documentation tools such as Google Suite

Knowledge of online career/ resume products such as Job Street, BPO Career Hub, Monster, Indeed etc.
Education and/or Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
- 2 – 3 years of experience in human resources and/or recruitment in a BPO/Call Center Industry
Demonstrated competency in the following areas is also required:
- A proven advocate for confidentiality of restricted information
- Confident in managing competing priorities and pushing back
- Good team player, versatile, creative and fast learner
- Resourceful, creative and tech-savvy
- Proven to be structured and organized
- Very good communication skills
- Strong writing and grammatical skills
