Why did you decide to join Enshored?
I’ve always wanted to be a part of a company that shows its dedication not only to its employees but to the community around it. One of my friends told me about Enshored, so I crossed my fingers and applied. So far, it’s one of the best decisions I have made. Enshored stayed true to its core values and makes a big difference to a lot of people.
What challenges, if any, did you face in making your progression?
Fitting in a new environment is always hard but I cracked it. With the help of my superiors and my colleagues, everything went smoothly which resulted in me being promoted to my current role.
How has Enshored empowered you to progress?
Enshored has always been supportive of my growth by providing and equipping me with the right tools, training, and support. More than that, the genuine trust from the management/superiors keeps me confident so that I can do more and it pushes me to strive harder.
What’s next? What are your ambitions? What do you want to achieve?
From the time I joined the company, my goal is to inspire our members to be the next leaders of Enshored. Now that I fully understand the importance of our role as content moderators, I added this to my list; I want our moderators to know how important our purpose is in this industry.
