If you reside in a U.S. state with a comprehensive data privacy law (including Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia, and others as they take effect), you hold specific rights regarding your personal information.
For a detailed breakdown of the categories of personal data we collect, our processing purposes, and the third parties with whom we share data, please review the main sections of our Privacy Notice.
Your Rights
- Right to Know & Access: You have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information and request access to the specific pieces or categories of personal data we have collected, used, or shared about you.
- Right to Correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccuracies in your personal information, taking into account the nature of the data and the purposes for which we process it.
- Right to Data Portability: You may request a copy of the personal information you previously provided to us in a portable, readily usable digital format, enabling you to transmit the data to another entity without hindrance (available up to twice annually, subject to legal exceptions).
- Right to Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected from or obtained about you. We will delete your data unless a statutory retention exemption applies. (Note: Requesting deletion of essential data may limit your ability to access or use certain Enshored Services.)
- Right to Opt-Out: You have the right to opt out of processing your personal data for:
- Targeted Advertising: Enshored processes personal information (such as online identifiers) to deliver targeted advertising.
- Data “Sales”: Enshored does not sell personal information for monetary payment. However, sharing online telemetry with third-party advertising or analytics platforms may be defined as a “sale” under certain state laws.
- Profiling: Enshored does not engage in automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects (such as decisions impacting credit, employment, housing, or access to essential goods and services).
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We value your privacy choices and will not alter our services, charge different rates, or discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for selling your personal data.
- Right to Appeal: If we decline to take action on your privacy request, you have the right to appeal our decision within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving our written refusal. We will respond in writing to explain the reasoning behind our decision. If your appeal is denied, we will provide you with a method or link to contact your state Attorney General’s office to submit a complaint.
