Meet the Founders
Enshored has a strong leadership team. We invested heavily in finding and hiring leaders who add value by their actions every day. We look for passion, commitment, professionalism, and level heads. Chiefly, we look for grit – people who will get it done for our clients no matter the headwinds.

Ian is the CEO and Co-Founder of Enshored. Before he co-founded Enshored in 2014, Ian was a successful FinTech executive. From 1994-2005 he helped drive digitization and the move to real-time financial information used by investment professionals. In 2007-12, following his MBA, Ian was part of the leadership team in Fitch Ratings and then Dealogic’s Fixed Income division, working closely with some of the world’s top investment bankers. Following his move to California in 2012, Ian rediscovered his passion for working in and for disruptive start-ups. At Enshored he leads strategy and sales. He continues to be led by a belief that given the right opportunities, people with energy and drive can achieve much more than they can imagine.

Jeff was co-founder of Enshored and a huge driver of its early success prior to his tragic early death in October 2016. Jeff is survived by his parents and brother, and leaves behind a lasting legacy, having touched the hearts and minds of everyone he met. Enshored continue to serve his memory and to deliver on his goals for the company.


Brian Peterson
Chief Financial Officer
Brian joined Enshored as CFO in September 2021. Prior to Enshored, Brian served as CFO, COO, or Finance/Operations consultant for companies in a wide range of industries and sizes. Over the last ten years, Brian has specialized in working with early-stage and rapidly growing companies.
Brian's experience with start-ups and growth companies allows him to help facilitate the scaling of Enshored's Support and Operations teams as they engage with the disruptive start-ups of all sizes that make up our client base.
Brian holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a BSBA in Accounting and Corporate Finance from Drake University.


Miguel Enriquez
Chief Administrative Officer
Miguel is the Chief Admin Officer of Enshored. He joined Enshored in 2017. Before Enshored, he co-founded a FinTech startup covering Latin American and Asian countries. Miguel's passion for technology began with his undergraduate education in Telecommunications Engineering.
Following his Master of Finance in the UK, Miguel joined an economic and financial consultancy firm in Peru, a Fintech company in the UK and later a Malaysian startup. Having spent the last 15 years in multicultural environments, supporting teams across technology and finance, Miguel is a firm believer in the power of grit and adaptability.


Elissa Ennis
Global Head of Client Success
Elissa brings over 25 years of customer engagement and business development experience. By combining qualitative and quantitative analysis with strategic planning, Elissa has contributed to the financial and operational growth of internationally recognized organizations such as the J. Paul Getty Museum, University of California Los Angeles, and Stitch Fix.
Her client-focused approach and creative solutions have led to numerous awards and recognitions in industries such as e-commerce, cultural heritage, e-learning, government, non-profit foundations. She holds a BA in Art Education an MA in Museum Studies, which provides her with a unique lens to understand the diverse needs of clients and the motivations for staff at all levels.


Vernon Yancy
Director of Client Success
Throughout his career, Vernon has empowered organizations, businesses, and people to embrace their best. Spending years modernizing the infrastructures of federal agencies, and then launching a self-care start up of his own, Vernon has always looked to connect and engage with the sole-intent for communal progression.
For Vernon, a strong community is the foundation for guaranteed growth. He regularly reminds himself, “if you want to go fast, go alone, but if you want to go far, go together.”
When not working, you can find Vernon at an art exhibit or sneaker boutique in Los Angeles. He is a champion for self-expression, and values artistic displays of confidence. He also enjoys margaritas and Los Angeles sports teams alongside family, colleagues, and friends!


Sierrah Moore
Client Success Manager
Sierrah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from Loyola Marymount University, with which she has applied to a successful career in client relationship management in Telecommunications, Retail, Restaurant, Social Media, and Health and Fitness Industries.
Having fifteen years of combined experience in corporate account management and Health Coach, Sierrah has been able to thrive within diverse environments and consistently demonstrate an understanding of the value and importance of relationships over transactions.
Outside the office, Sierrah is currently a Women's Physique Division Bodybuilder with the National Physique Committee, on the brink of professional status. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and traveling, especially internationally.


Katie Dineen
Client Success Manager
Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Language, Culture, and Society from UC Santa Barbara and a Master of Science in Assistive Technology and Human Services from Cal State Northbridge.
Over the years, Katie has been a champion of client retention in the digital marketing sphere and an advocate for individuals with disabilities. Her diverse professional experience equips her with the ability to connect with all sorts of people from all walks of life.
After working in the non-profit sphere assisting adults with disabilities to gain and retain employment, Katie now returns to the realm of client success. She carries a passion for connecting with people and fully understanding their needs, as well as a proven track record of mitigating churn and enhancing client satisfaction and growth.
In her free time, Katie enjoys going to see live music, going out to eat, reading, and playing video games. She loves a good puzzle and is obsessed with Worlde. Some fun facts about Katie are that she has her black belt in Tae Kwon Do, plays the flute, and can speak German.


Erin Stanton
Project Coordinator
Erin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University, Fullerton. She is passionate about psychology, human development and interaction, and how our own perspectives navigate our world.
After working with children in a variety of settings, Erin moved to the business world and worked as an Administrative Assistant for three years, then was promoted to Head Recruiter and later HR Manager. Soon after becoming HR Manager, Erin took a break from the professional world to be a stay- at-home mother to her two daughters.
With her love for working with people and experience with psychology, Erin brings with her an intentional, empathetic, and thoughtful style of leadership and cooperation to the workplace. She believes great success can be had within a team and/or organization by developing trust and accountability and striving to be our best versions of ourselves.


Tyler Walz
Vice President of Business Development
Tyler started his sales career helping to build the family business. Over the last ten years, he has led sales teams in a wide range of industries from FinTech to Social Platforms to the emerging CBD market.
Tyler believes that great teams require leadership to connect with people’s hearts as much as their minds to achieve extraordinary results. He is committed to fostering a fantastic work/life balance on his sales teams and believes in curating a growth path for every team member.
Tyler holds a BA in Political Science from UC Irvine. He is an avid traveler who enjoys surfing and sailing in his downtime.


Marlene Soares e Lacerda
Global Operations Director, Europe
Marlene achieved a degree in Communication and Marketing, specializing in strategic and political marketing, which she quickly applied abroad across the Middle East and Europe. During her time abroad, she developed an interest in cultural and multilingual diversity, focusing on different cultures, religions, and traditions.
As a product of almost 15 years of professional experience in the BPO industry focusing on global, predominantly European operations in travel management and digital areas, she has developed a work mindset based on the trust and satisfaction of the customers and her stakeholders.
For Marlene, what's important is to ensure she delivers her best every day. As her motto, she quotes the great Albert Einstein, "Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving."
She likes the outdoors, away from the professional world, and often tends to her garden, if not diving. She also loves to cook and sometimes enjoys a bucket of popcorn in the cinemas


Ana Timoteo
Country Manager, Portugal/Client Success Director, Lisbon
Ana is a local of Lisbon, Portugal, with a Masteral Degree in Science in Sustainability in addition to her Economy education background. Like most economists, she looks at the big picture and constantly tries to piece together the puzzle, looking for interdependencies and ways to cross silos inside and outside organizations.
Her career began with a Strategy and Operations consultancy in Portugal. Crossing over industries and companies for 15 years allowed her to be in touch with her structured, focused, critical thinking, and persistent nature. As time progressed, Ana discovered her passion for team effort, business transformation, and transformative management which she used to make a name for herself for transformation projects with multi-disciplinary and virtual teams internationally. Recently, she has led strategic and transformation projects for a multinational company, impacting more than 35 Countries.
Away from the bustling and professional world, Ana loves spending time with her dog, Suri, exploring the city and outdoor cafes, and enjoying the serene parks amidst Lisbon's coastal city setting. In warm weather, she jumps at the chance to hike or go to the beach. Exploring and learning about the world and its cultures is Ana's passion. So far, she's traveled to 33 countries and has a few more on her bucket list.


Francisca Rato
Junior Account Manager
Francisca holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Management. Honed with the undoubtedly exceptional skillset of strategies and marketing expertise, she also earned a top-up in Sports Management and worked as a Media Coordinator for a Danish 2nd Division Football Club.
Lived in the city of fairy tales for five years, Francisca has gained the adventure gems of Copenhagen since 2017. Diving through her versatile unheard-of experiences, the marketeer previously worked in a wine trade company, the hospitality industry, and event management. She also enjoyed being part of a 4-month voluntary project in France last 2016.
Outside the office, Francisca likes football, reading books, and going to the gym. She also listens to old classic songs, including her favorite artist, Frank Sinatra.


Anthony Roden
Head of Operations, Philippines
Anthony Roden is passionate about creating a learning focused and growth minded team; he is a hands-on leader who embraces change and challenge. He expects his teams to lead with honesty, integrity and respect always.
A statement which holds to Anthony's beliefs is by Carol Dweck "In a growth mindset, people believe that their most basic abilities can be developed through dedication and hard work", we must always be willing to do the hard work and show dedication, we may make mistakes along the way, but we learn from those mistakes and build on from them. Anthony emigrated to the Philippines in 2008 having moved from his hometown of Manchester in the UK. He has managed small- and large- scale clients having worked in the BPO industry for over 17 years and has certification in Lean Six Sigma and is a COPC implementation leader. Anthony has managed high performing teams through a focus experience.
Outside of the office, Anthony spends most of his free time with his wife and young son of 5 years old. He has a strong passion for Football with his team Manchester City and can also be fond of playing video games and DJing when he has spare time.


Isaias Prestes
Head of Data Science
Scientists and mathematicians are trained to dig below the surface of the chaotic, natural world to search for unexpected simplicity, structure, and even beauty. For the last 15 years, that has been the mission of Dr. Isaias Prestes, a Data Scientist with a bachelor's degree in Statistics and a Ph.D. in Epidemiology.
His research and focus are on Applied Probability and Statistics, with emphasis on Computational Statistics.
In the corporate arena, he has experience in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Probabilistic Record Linkage, and Statistical Data Analysis of economic, business, and epidemiological data. To add to his long-established credentials, he is also a powerful force in the workplace. He uses his problem-solving attitude and tireless energy to develop solutions to help others perform better and succeed.

Mark Hernadez
Head of Security and Compliance
As a Certified Public Accountant and consultant, Mark is dedicated to bringing unique approaches from his experiences in analyzing and improving business processes, designing and implementing controls, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial and security frameworks.
Professionally enriched by his exposure to varied industries, Mark gained valuable knowledge and skillset from serving companies in telecommunications, business process outsourcing, power and utilities, oil and gas, and consumer products. His continuous involvement in providing advisory services helped clients identify risks, controls, and control gaps.
CPA Hernandez earned his degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas and is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor. Currently, he is a member of Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
Being an educator at heart, Mark enjoys conducting training and has been active in the learning and development initiatives of his previous clients and employers. He also embraces a work ethic that one should always strive to create value, build trust and solve relevant problems.


Tiffany Reyes
Head of Project Management
As a Certified Machine Lubrication Professional. Tiffany has spent 11 years in Oil & Gas and Maintenance & Reliability. She has held leadership roles since graduating from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila with a degree in Chemistry and subsequently earned her Professional License as a Registered Chemist. She is now taking a turn in her career to pursue Process Excellence and People Management.
Before pivoting to the BPO industry, Tiffany has worked in the manufacturing sector establishing processes and implementing improvements. She also has considerable consulting experience with some of the biggest companies in the Philippines with their Operations & Maintenance goals. These companies came from a diverse line of businesses, from power generation, manufacturing, transportation and construction, among others. In terms of organizational adeptness, she has been actively involved in making high-level management decisions and developed strategies for driving results through team engagement and growth. She has also conducted several public and onsite trainings on machine lubrication, oil analysis and quality management.
Though Tiffany spends most of her time doing professional work, she loves hanging out with close friends and relatives while indulging in good food, especially delectable desserts. She also enjoys shopping and nature trips. While not very athletic, Tiffany prefers yoga for physical strength and mindfulness. When at home, she loves spending her time reading books, consuming educational and entertainment media and listening to music.


Iris Czarina Era

Iris has over 20 years of HR and leadership experience gained from BPO, Biomed Tech, Automotive, and Telecommunications industries, both in the local and multinational setup.
She handled various roles that have allowed her to leverage her competencies in Corporate Strategy implementation, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Labor & Employee Relations, and improving employee engagement, satisfaction & productivity.
As our Human Resource Director, Iris provides strategic leadership in all areas of HR. Her expertise is set to drive effective HR practices, attract and retain top talent, cultivate a positive work culture, enhance employee performance and growth, ensure equitable compensation and benefits, maintain strong employee relations, and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Iris's contributions will ensure the company's workforce thrives and aligns with organizational goals.


John Paul Raval
Project Implementation Manager
John Paul, more commonly nicknamed "JP," is an alumnus of De La Salle College of Saint Benilde.
Over the years, JP gained exceptional skills and experience handling offshore and onshore hiring demands from bilingual agent level to executive posts. He is also an expert in analyzing current hiring and market trends, allowing him to make projections of future hiring needs.
Another notable skill of JP is his extensive project implementation and fulfillment background. When it comes to living his life, JP is committed to overall balance and wellness. His three leading hobbies are reading to enrich the mind, being active to build the body, and cooking to nurture the soul.

Mara Jenella Frones
Project Implementation Manager
Mara holds a degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology and is a registered psychometrician. For over six years, the companies she's worked for in the BPO industry have benefited from her expertise.
When it comes to volume hiring, Mara is the "woman." Being able to deliver a 100% fill rate with an average of 100-200 headcount target week after week means she's not here to mess about.
Mara did not only practice her expertise in the BPO industry but also in recruitment firms. Her time spent with these firms allowed her to explore, steer, and understand the end-to-end process of recruitment. She knows it inside out.
She is also a solist. A person that enjoys basking in the early morning rays as much as she loves chasing after the setting sun. Deep down, she is an adaptive, quick-witted, and trustworthy person who finds peace in traveling and exploring new places.

Mary Rose Yanga
Sr. Human Resource Manager
Mary specializes in Labor Relations and Employee Engagement. She leads the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department including Employee Relations, Engagement, and Payroll and Benefits. She is the youngest member of the Management Team; and has swiftly risen through the ranks, starting as an HR Associate. Mary is a Licensed Psychometrician who holds a degree in Psychology from De La Salle University – Araneta. Before joining Enshored, she had worked as a Leave and Benefits Executive in a global company and worked directly with clients from different parts of Asia Pacific.


Jincen Catli
Human Resource Manager
Jincen is a proud Service Scholar alumnus of a Non-Governmental organization. That same organization became the key to allowing him to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and a major in Marketing Management. Attesting to his academic brilliance, Jincen also received certification to become a "Scholar of the People" issued by the Quezon City government. After graduating with high distinctions, he entered the BPO scene as an HR practitioner and has grown in experience and knowledge in all facets over the seven years spent in the industry. Like many Filipino, Jincen is a fan of local volleyball leagues. In his free time, he also loves watching Sci-Fi movies on Netflix.


Christmas Joyce Dumael
Admin Manager
Christmas Joyce, commonly known as CJ, brings with her 8 years of solid experience in Facility Management, CJ holds a degree of Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management, after working in the aviation industry, she tried, explored and lived independently, she works overseas, in one of the well known real estate company in Dubai, and there where she developed and enhances her leadership skills in Facility Management including renovations and site expansions and other general admin works and its different functions.CJ started from a humble starting point as a Facility Officer and continuously proved her way up to become a manager.
CJ now leads and supervises the day-to-day operations for Enshored under the Administrative and Facilities Department.
Outside work, CJ loves spending time with her family and with 4 years old daughter Athena. She also likes spending sunset on the beach, to note her favorite local destination is the fine white sand beach, Boracay.


Joe Zorene De Guzman
IT Manager
Joe Zorene, more commonly known as "Joe," Joe is an Alumnus of AMA University, the First in IT education and complete online education in the Philippines. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BSIT) degree and a Major in Networking(Systems, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager).
Joe has 8 years of Experience in Project Management, Customer Service, Information Technology, Technical Support, Performance Management, and Network Architecture; he handled 20 Clients before in the Industries, Construction Industry, Tourism Industry, BPO, IT, and Business Services, Manufacturing Industry, and Retail Industry.
Joe has many certifications, including Lean Six Sigma (White Belt and Yellow Belt), Network Security Associate (1 and 2 under Fortinet), Certified Network Security Specialist (CNSS), Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC), ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Associate and Business Management Essentials Certified (BMEC).
Joe started from a Level 1 stage in the I.T. world and continuously proved his way up to become a manager. Joe is the Go-To Guy for your IT needs. Hard worker and very pleasant to work with. His only guiding principle always drives him, to learn a new skill; Information technology is changing all the time.
He leads the day-to-day operations of the Information Department team in managing the Enshored technology (Service Desk and Desktop Support) and Security infrastructure. Please make sure that the Enshored Technology and Security landscape can support business needs and growth.
Outside the office, Joe spends most of his time either family and friends, and he loves watching TV, and Movies, playing online games and reading E-books.


Josemark David Culion
Sr. Workforce Manager
David brings over a decade of leadership experience, with almost 18 years of outsourcing experience. Before Joining Enshored, he functioned as one of the Executives (AVP) for a billion-dollar company, sharing his expertise in end-to-end workforce management and people development through coaching and mentoring.
To name a few notable achievements throughout his career, he spear-headed the implementation of several new clients for Teleperformance – this includes building WFM from the ground up for new projects, while simultaneously being utilized for existing accounts proven to be challenging. He’s also involved in the sales and the RFP process. David has also managed one of the biggest travel campaigns in WNS and assisted in the success of retaining a seasonal account for Everise.
Being able to blend art with science in workforce management, he’s also able to weigh in the qualitative and quantitative factors of performance management – putting a systematic process to ensure that organization has the right number of people with the right skills. An advocate of coaching ever since he became a leader more than a decade ago, he has also completed a life coaching 101 and is planning to be certified as a life coach soon. This is where David’s core principles align with Enshored’s guiding philosophy “We believe that when our people thrive, our clients thrive too and that when we all thrive” - he brings out the best in everyone to operate as closely as possible to their own personal Eudaimonia.
Outside work, David loves fishing with his wife –and usually spends his weekend outdoors. He also enjoys going on quick breakfast rides across Luzon with his motorcycle. He hopes to ride along the Himalayas someday.


Abigael Chua
Workforce Manager
Time-tracking Abi's 12-year experience in the industry, ten years were in Workforce Management handling end-to-end. She previously worked as a WFM Manager for planning, and it enabled her to grow, implement, and improve workforce processes. Adding to her expertise history, Abi also experienced handling enterprise calls - a company-wide call aimed at tackling capacity, staffing, hiring, and asset projection - in collaboration with other workstreams.
Outside the office, Abi loves to sleep and play with her English bulldog, Bruno.


Jon Aguire
Operations Director
Jon started his contact center career with Earthlink in the U.S. 22 years ago and helped them move their technical support operations to the Philippines in 2003. During that process, he saw the overwhelming growth potential for the Philippines BPO industry, so he picked up stakes and moved there permanently the following year.
Since then, Jon has held roles in both Operations and Client Services for BPO’s such as Sykes, VXI, and Keywords Studios. He has helped spur growth on accounts from a wide range of industries, ranging everywhere from financial to telecommunications to consumer electronics to video games. He has also helped build and implement policies around performance management, communication, and process improvement that have helped launch startups successfully into the outsourcing world.
Jon received a degree in Business Information Systems from New England Institute of Technology. While not at work, he spends his time primarily with his family. His wife, Diane, runs her own baking business, in which Jon holds the position of Chief Executive Taster. He has two very rambunctious sons, aged 2 and 7, the latter of which has been trying to teach him Tagalog, so far to no avail. He also loves binge-watching TV and movies, reading, and playing badminton.


Ryan Pakingan
Operations Director
Ryan holds a Degree in Education from the University of Santo Tomas. It was there that he developed his passion for learning and engaging with people. With 18 years of experience working locally and abroad in the BPO industry, Ryan cultivated his competency in sales and marketing, customer service, content moderation, and back-office support.
As an Operations Director, Ryan is most accomplished when helping people and businesses unleash their growth opportunities. His aspiration and ability to nurture relationships lead to long-term solutions and success.


Jaymar Moral
Operations Director
Jaymar brings 15 years of experience in the BPO and Customer Service industry. Before joining Enshored, he was a BPO / Customer Service Manager for one of Southeast Asia's top eCommerce companies. He centered on implementing end-to-end customer-focused processes and took the lead in identifying the most effective ways to impact customer experience.
He supported US Telco operations for 6 years and led operations of the top global Electronics companies for over 7 years. He is very passionate about helping people and is on a mission to find opportunities for his people to be successful and make measurable contributions to the client's businesses. He is also known to be very hands-on and does not mind rolling up his sleeves to get the job done.
Outside the office, Jaymar is the favorite playmate of his 5-year-old boy and a wannabe chef for his beautiful wife. He also enjoys gardening and woodwork and is involved in community outreach programs.


Elaine Darvin
Operations Director
Elaine comes with over 17 years in the off-shoring industry with solid experience from front-line to senior leadership roles. Graduating Cum Laude with a degree in Chemical Engineering from De La Salle University Manila, Elaine strived hard to adapt to the complexities of the call center industry right after college graduation.
Prior to joining Enshored, Elaine became part of both pioneering and start-up companies in the Philippine BPO industry. She has extensive experience in managing different lines of businesses such as financial, telecommunications, hospitality, internet search engines and social media platforms. She has proven skills to deliver improved performance on key client, operational, and financial indicators while maintaining high employee satisfaction. Her core strength lies in adapting to changing needs and delivering results. She has also been recognized many times for being a role model for achieving extraordinary results, leading and driving change. building relationships at all levels and a leader of leaders.
Being a family- oriented woman, Elaine spends quality time with her husband who was a former operations manager in the BPO industry and now runs his own laundry business and their only child when she is not at to work. Chrystal Joy Garcia
Acting Sr. Operations Manager
Before joining Enshored, CJ worked as a Supervisor and Operations Manager under PeopleSupport (now known as Teleperformance) and DNATA Travel, Inc. Her experience allows her to understand the travel industry like the back of her hand. She is no stranger to sales, customer service, escalations, and back-office through various touchpoints – phone, e-mail, chat support, and e-commerce. CJ is also a product of the University of the Philippines – Los Banos with a degree in Development Communication, majoring in Educational Communication.
CJ is a believer in empowerment. This allows her to entrust different tasks and autonomy in formulating strategies and action plans to address current challenges and help the program achieve its goals. Among her achievements as a leader was helping her direct reports discover their full leadership potential through empowerment, guidance, constant feedback, and open communication, which secured the Team Leader of the Year award for 3 consecutive years within their vertical.
As a homebody, CJ enjoys family time, especially with her nephews. To de-stress, she occasionally gets behind the wheel for long drives or visits different grocery stores and supermarkets to discover unique food items.


Carlo Basilio
Acting Sr. Operations Manager
Carlo is a detail oriented manager focused on continuous improvement to meet emerging business objectives. He has worked with some of Philippines’ biggest names in the BPO industry prior to joining Enshored in 2016. He has 10 years of experience in different areas of specialization such as customer service, sales, data processing, bookkeeping, video editing, and e-commerce. He started as a Customer Service Representative, a Proof of Concept Specialist, a Team Captain, and worked his way to becoming an Operations Manager.


Carlo-Jae Dumlao
Sr. Operations Manager
CJ has been in the BPO industry for 17 years. He has extensive professional background in Leadership, Sales, and Customer Experience Management. CJ is driven by his values, which centre on supporting his team to achieve their goals. He is a proud product of Don Bosco Technical College where he achieved a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering studies.


Yvette Romero
Sr. Operations Manager
Yvette has been in the BPO industry for over 13 years with extensive experience handling diverse Lines of Business - ranging from sales, insurance, telco, retail, and social media. She has been a consistent top performer since she started as a sales agent, and brings that drive and energy into joining the operations team in Enshored. Her experience handling start-up accounts and pioneer programs has led to strong growth. Her passion is in helping others with a solid reputation for building productive customer-centric teams to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
She completed her bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas, she was the Vice President of a non-profit organization that aims to educate and empower children and youth. She also served as a Chapter Head of a youth organization for five years.


Aubrey Pagador
Operations Manager
Enshored was Aubrey’s first ever BPO. She joined in 2017 as an agent and thrived on the volume of learning, reading and innovating required to support start-ups, their customers and the Enshored team. These three areas fuel her interest as an Operations Manager - guiding and developing our heroes and leaders, promoting collaboration among teams, providing innovations for start-ups and seeing their business grow.
Aubrey is a graduate of BS Geography from the University of the Philippines in Diliman. Before Enshored, she focused on mapping and GIS. Working as a GIS specialist. She then spent four years collecting LiDAR data for maps and simulation models to mitigate the effects of flooding.
She then believes that her calling is to help people - which she has been delighted to find is a key driver of the Enshored team.


Cindy Zaremalekabadi
Operations Manager
With 13 years experience in the BPO industry, Cindy is a highly motivated leader with a strong record in developing people and processes. She has led teams in Customer Service (Voice, Email, and Chat Support); Back Office support, and Inbound Sales. Most of her experience is in supporting start-up companies and pioneer programs/accounts.


Julzen Balderrama
Operations Manager
Julz started her 16-year BPO career handling Financial Shared Services for US based clients, then shifted to Quality Management where she gained experience in ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), Business and Change Management, and Six Sigma. She has completed courses for Quality Management System Internal Audit, HIPAA and FSA Cafeteria Plan (Section 125).
She started with Enshored as a Team Captain, trained as Junior Operations Manager, and is now an Operations Manager handling several customer support and backend accounts.
She is a proud fur parent, loves to travel and will read anything she can get her hands on.


Marie Kristine Gamboa
Operations Manager
Tin is a native of the BPO industry. She's been around for 17 years with 7 years of experience as an Operations Manager. Starting from humble beginnings as an agent, she gradually proved her way up to become a manager. Her educational roots are planted at Pamatasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila where she finished BSBA in Management.
Before joining Enshred, Tin worked with Sutherland and Majorel. She handled several programs and clients and received commendations for great client partnership and for developing the line of business of the programs she worked with. Not too long ago, she trailblazed the growth of a mobile transportation company from 15 to 70 billable headcount in less than six months.
Tin is an advocate of work-life balance. She spends quality time with her family. She's a hands-on mom, especially when it comes to school stuff, and never fails to laugh and play with her kids. She also loves watching movies and TV series during her free time.


Ellaine Peña
Operations Manager
Ellaine is a Computer Engineering graduate and is a postgraduate in teaching programs, which enabled her to showcase her heart for learning and imparting her gifts. During the late years of the Dot-com Bubble, Ellaine first took off her career as a Technical Support Engineer. With this experience, the tech savvy gained great knowledge about advanced technologies that helped her transition to a career adventure that awaited her.
With a passion for technology and an interest in learning new things. Ellaine was drawn to the BPO field. Shifting to the industry, the computer-proficient specialist started her full-time BPO journey in Support and Operations. Being computer literate, her technical experiences allowed her to leverage from one program to another. This transition paved the way for her adventures in multiple programs- from technical to non-technical- in various support mediums.
After discovering her interest in the soil and growing plants, Ellaine spends most of her time in agriculture-related classes. One of which is goat herding and, just recently, city farming. She also loves coloring books and weekend out-of-town family travels, including her pet dog Ash.


Brian Reyes
Operations Manager
Brian is an Information Management graduate of the University of Santo Tomas and a certified COPC Coordinator. Brian has 12 years in the BPO industry and ten years in a management post, where he developed proficiency in client and vendor delivery, operations management, and employee engagement.
Believing that there's always room for improvement, Brian completed his certification course in Six Sigma, which—in addition to a committed observance of the COPC standards—enabled him to pioneer programs, help grow portfolios, and turn around high-risk businesses for his previous companies. Not only does he have an eye for growth opportunities, but he's shown time and time again a passion for developing leaders.
Brian indulges in his spare time through digital and online gaming. Throughout his career, Brian has treated his family as his biggest inspiration. As a devout Christian, he finds strength and comfort in the book of Matthew 5:16. "In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."

Years in the industry, Franch has always been driven by her guiding principle: continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation. She believes an organization's success can be mainly attributed to constantly searching for the best ways to challenge and improve the status quo.
Franchelou has ten years of experience in Retail, Travel, Customer Service, Sales, and Tools Automation-worth, noting her remarkable experiences with Travel and Retail pioneering accounts. Accounts specific to DSAT Reduction and New Hire Onboarding Cycle for entry-level positions and support were some of the most successful projects Franch led.
She believes collaborating with team members fosters diverse ideas, creating the best solutions. With her 6 Sigma White and Yellow Belts certifications and Green Belt training, Franch kicks in her resilient energy and people skills to collaborate with others in solving problems.
Outside the office, Franch spends most of her time outdoors with family, friends, and her dog Ginger. Going to hobbies from the summit to sea, she reconnects with herself and recharges by going on solo trips or scuba and freediving with friends.


Cyril Keene Nicolas
Quality Manager
Cyril has spent more than a decade focusing on the quality of the day-to-day operations of the companies he's worked with. His first stint in the leadership role began when he became a team leader - a position he held for three years before stepping up as a quality manager in his previous company for five years.
Like many good leaders, Cyril seeks constant and never-ending development. He trained and received certification in Customer Operations Centre High-Perfomance Management Technique (COPC HPMT) and Lean Six Sigma.
His experience in handling the quality of operations for multiple programs (e.g., Fintech, Financial, Technical, Sales, HRSS and Customer Service) gave him a broad knowledge and oversight of the playing field.
One fact that sets Cyril apart is his array of different educational degrees. He received a bachelor's degree in Nursing, Statistics, and Culinary arts.
If two things can hit the pause button in Cyril's busy career, it's his love of playing basketball and the opportunity to go on road trips for relaxation.


Marwin Barrozo
IT Director
Born and bred in the vibrant realm of Metro Manila, meet Marwin! He's not just an Electronics and Communications Engineering whiz but a true trailblazer in the wondrous world of Information Technology since '97.
Armed with his mighty know-how and a knack for all things tech, Marwin delved into the enchanting realm of outsourcing companies in the Philippines. There, he conquered the communication systems like Nortel and Avaya PBX, earning him a superhero status among the BPO workforce in 2001.
Since 2001, Marwin has been a formidable IT professional, igniting the growth of renowned companies like Service Zone, ClientLogic, SITEL Philippines, Teleperformance (Hanoi), and Transcom Philippines. From orchestrating site build-up and infrastructure set-up to leading the Change Management Board, IT Procurement, Project Implementation, and the captivating realm of IT Service Management, Marwin's expertise shines brightly in his remarkable journey.
Marwin's world is a delightful blend of love, adventure, and service! With his beloved wife, son, and daughter, they embark on joyful travels and treasure their weekends together. While biking, camping, and hiking used to be their go-to activities, Marwin now finds leisure in playing golf.
