Enshored Recruits Seasoned HR Executive, Karen Condino, to Further Bolster International Leadership Bench

With a rich background that spans over two decades in HR, Condino brings a wealth of experience, leadership skills, and a shared commitment to Enshored’s mission to empower and support the people on its team with integrity.

In her previous roles, Condino served as an HR Generalist in the real estate industry before being recruited by Accenture, where she spent 15 years rising from an entry-level position to HR Manager with a focus on talent supply chain. Subsequently, she took on the role of Talent Acquisition Head at an IT company, where she oversaw end-to-end recruitment and marketing, among other things. In her current role at Enshored, Condino manages and optimizes the nuances of its end-to-end recruitment process while leading a team of more than 20 professionals in her department.
